Free Meals for the New Year: Filling Out Free & Reduced Forms is Still Needed Free breakfast and lunch will be available to all LCSD students during the 2021-2022 school year. This is being made possible by a federal COVID-relief initiative. However, it's still vitally important for parents to fill out free and reduced meal forms when registering children for school.
