A band that is part of what some call the "NFL of Bands" has made a stop at Southeast High. The Pride of Southeast Band had the honor of hosting the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps out of Rosemont, Illinois. The practice session benefited not only Southeast students, but band members from Northeast High, as well.

The new year will lead to a major new development at Clarkdale Elementary. Following months of careful consideration and meticulous work, the 300 Building, which suffered significant damage during an April 2022 tornado, will reopen in August.
