The Mississippi Department of Education has announced the finalists for the 2024 Mississippi Administrator of the Year and the 2024 Mississippi Teacher of the Year, and two of our very own have made the cut. A Southeast High School boys' basketball standout is announcing plans to continue his education and athletic career at the collegiate level. Some students at Southeast Middle School cut their Spring Break a little bit short to lend a helping hand. Members of the newly formed Tigers Outreach program learned invaluable real-life skills while volunteering at the Junior Auxiliary of Meridian's Art for All event.
