Community involvement enriches the overall educational experience for our students. Here's one example from Clarkdale Elementary where each year the students raise money for a designated charity. Meeting the needs of our students requires a collaborative effort. We want to offer a special thank you to all the parents, community partners and others who are helping to supply books for our students. Here's one example at Northeast Elementary.

It’s official. The Clarkdale softball teams have played their first games on the new field. In Spring 2022, two tornadoes destroyed the complex. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held when all the finishing touches are complete. However, the Lady Bulldogs aren’t missing a beat.

Action will resume on campus this season for the Clarkdale Lady Bulldogs. After being destroyed by two tornadoes, the team's new field is ready for play. Preparations are underway to welcome a new addition to Trojan Nation. With Coach John Douglas announcing his retirement, Coach Kevin Gandy is set to take the helm, following official board approval. Click on the attached link to learn more about Coach Gandy and his plan.

Here’s the perfect example of how what our students are learning is being applied outside of the classroom. This spotlight features Brayden Alford from West Lauderdale High. The NJROTC at Northeast High is one great example of our commitment to providing students with a diverse, innovative education that helps them develop skills to become productive citizens in the 21st century.
