this is a tutorial video on how to set up a teacher Gradebook in Sam Spectra once you are logged in you're going to hover over menu go down to Grady and click on teacher gradebook what you were in your Gradebook click on the little gray and go down to set up from set up you're going to click on view creating templates cheer is you should see your individual schools grading template with your school initials you can click the select button to make sure it's correct this is set up as an elementary school so all of the assignments are set up at 100% base calculation method if you are at a middle school or a high school those numbers will be different once you see that those are there you are going to go to your next class go back to grading templates stream here over on the right you will see a drop-down box you're going to click on that and click on yours schools grading template once that is in the drop-down box you're going to click select all terms and that will change all of these nuns to your school's grading template most important thing to remember is that you have to do this for every section that you teach all year long and always go through and make sure it is the right writing template and it has the right percentage for your assignments
